The RSC Engagement team employs a range of communication and influence strategies to ensure that our valued stakeholders remain engaged through the most convenient and effective channels. The team regularly provides progress updates, produces impact narratives, and utilizes both offline and online communication tools to underscore our commitment to transparency and accountability.
In addition, the team is responsible for overseeing the daily management of office administration, logistics, supply chain, transportation, security, property management, stores, and other essential support functions. These three teams have been combined together and named as the Engagement and Logistics Department. Following the one-team-approch, the members of this department consistently provide support to ensuring seamless operations of the organisation as well as engage with the internal and external stakeholders for promoting RSC’s work, nationally and globally.
