The RSC Engagement team employs a range of communication and influence strategies to ensure that our valued stakeholders remain engaged through the most convenient and effective channels. The team regularly provides progress updates, produces impact narratives, and utilizes both offline and online communication tools to underscore our commitment to transparency and accountability.
In addition, the team is responsible for overseeing the daily management of office administration, logistics, supply chain, transportation, security, property management, stores, and other essential support functions. A dedicated team of 25 staff members consistently provides support, ensuring the seamless operation of the organisation without disruption.
