Governance
The RMG Sustainability Council (RSC) is an independent, national, and tri-partite organisation established by international brands and retailers, national and international trade unions, and local industries. Its Board of Directors consists of 18 representatives, 6 from each RSC member organisation. The board of directors sit quarterly to review the progress of RSC’s work. The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held once every year.Â
Besides, an Executive Committee (EC) consisting of 6 members from the board meets every month to provide strategic guidance and oversee the operations of the RSC.  To read the latest meeting minutes click here.
